Originally posted by:Archimedean Dynasty was the first game in the Aquanox series, so, yes, it's meant to evoke that. Do you mean the games Aquanox and Aquanox 2 are not the first ones in the series? You can think of it like how the first Battlefield game was Codename: Eagle or in movie terms, how the Evil Dead series started with 'Within the Woods' or the first Indiana Jones movie was called 'Raiders of the Lost Ark' and the first Rambo movie simply was titled 'First Blood', they got the franchise names later. Originally posted by:Not sure, varies a lot how much post-support their games get. Civ V got two expansions, IV got three, most of their other games only got one. I hope they'll make one more, though if it happens I'm sure it'll be the last before VII.??That's quite the bit of misinformation.Main series:Civ 1: no XPCiv 2: 2 XPCiv 3: 2 XPCiv 4: 2 XPCiv 5: 2 XPCiv 6: 2 XP so far. We are left in the dark if this is the last or not for Civ 6.Between the main series, there are quite a few spin offs, most notably Alpha Centauri (on Civ 2 engine, got 1 XP), Colonization (remake on Civ 4 engine, no XP), Beyond Earth (on Civ 5 engine, 1 XP).

Colonization was billed as an expansion as far as I recall, and yeah, I meant Firaxis games in general. XCOM got 1 expansion, XCOM 2 has 1 expansion so far. For some reason Civ III's Conquests expansion wasn't listed when I checked the store pages for the complete editions on Steam or GOG, only Play The World was listed. Silent Service II is not only one of the first, but also one of the best submarine simulators up until today. Compared to newer games like Aces of the Deep, the Silent Hunter series, etc., it is rather easy to understand and quite good for a quick session in between, if played on easy difficulty settings. Still, it can also be very challenging on higher difficulty levels. I can see a revolution DLC that includes Mexico, Texas, Venezuela, Brazil, and Columbia. On the note of the middle east, and my earlier expressed wish for a return of a city-state civ like in Civ V, maybe one of the smaller Gulf states could be interesting, like have a bonus that allows you to see all strategic resources right from the start of the game, and then having trade bonuses for trading/selling strategic resources (probably would be best coupled with some overhauls to the trade and diplomacy system, maybe letting trade routes do strategic resources if they connect to a city with an improved resource or something). The original retail release of the game was great, they kinda ruined what they got when they changed the loot mechanics/progression system when they went free to play, but most of the game was still there.Defiance 2050 just took everything one step further down the drain, removing your ability to freely build your character, instead going for set classes and that stuff.Everything they've done to the game after the 2013 release has been a bummer, because what the game was at release was better than both Borderlands and Destiny in just about every way.

The all consuming darkness has you battle-scarred submarine in a vice-like grip. As you navigate your sub through enemy waters, the only thing that protects you from a cold and premature death is six inches of solid steel.
